The HCM4 Zapper is a user friendly device used by building managers 
or landlords to zero the Monetary or kWh display at point of billing
ie when the reading is taken or start of new tenancy. 
This greatly improves billing administration and greatly assists 
consumers,to understand their financial liablities. 

Consumer and operators acceptance of this
feature is extremely high

To zero the HCM4 reading simply point the Zapper at the infra port
on the front of the unit and press the zapper button. A red light
incidates opeartion. The HCM4 bleeps and the displayed value then 
moves to zero. A further set of bleeps incidates the re set. 

The HCM4 can be scrolled to find a total useage information. 
This ensures historical data is not lost (this is NOT re settable) 

Only 1 Zapper is required per system it can be used for any
quantity of meters installed.
To ensure security the companies requires registration of each 
zapper sold.
